Break down overwhelming tasks and find a manageable first step.
We provide personalized support for teens and young adults navigating school, work, and everyday life—with particular expertise supporting neurodivergent learners and exceptional minds.
Dr. Ariana Arista started Workflow Learning Studio to help students navigate the ups and downs of schooling, workforce entry, and transition to independence. She is passionate about working with students and their families to meet their goals. Her work brings together research, education, and individualized support.
Trained as a developmental psychologist and researcher, Ariana leads projects supporting neurodivergent adults in school and through transitions into college and the workforce. Through this experience, she developed expertise in coaching students to flex their executive function muscles using a personalized approach to support.
Her coaching philosophy is practical and focused on the whole-person, recognizing that each student’s needs, environment, strengths, and goals are interconnected. Clients will receive hands on tools, status updates for parents, and ongoing encouragement and support to reach their goals.
Executive function skills shape how we start, organize, and follow through. Coaching turns everyday challenges into practical strategies that fit your goals, routines, and way of thinking.
